Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service provided through the kajclik platform (accessible at kajclik.net), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with kajclik's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the kajclik platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact the support team at [email protected] to request closure of your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and kajclik (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the kajclik platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before you may register an account or participate in any form of betting or gaming activity:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kajclik does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing and using the platform as an individual, acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of kajclik is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of kajclik or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game studios.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

kajclik reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your National Identification Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory age and identity verification has been completed. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, and any funds associated with that account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of kajclik's betting and gaming services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and withdrawal confirmation.
• You must provide your legal full name as it appears on your National Identification Card or passport. Nicknames, aliases, or incomplete names are not acceptable.
• You must provide a valid email address that you actively monitor. Account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts will be sent to this address.
• Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kajclik username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account or service.
• Enable SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available and strongly recommended from your account security settings.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing kajclik from a shared or public device.
• Notify kajclik support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent kajclik.

kajclik will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from kajclik that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kajclik processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the kajclik cashier.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though kajclik reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where fraud prevention or responsible gaming considerations apply.
• Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• kajclik does not charge any fee on deposit transactions. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are entirely outside kajclik's control.
• Funds deposited into your kajclik account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your kajclik balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation from your wallet provider.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. kajclik reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own verified name. kajclik does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification will be unable to withdraw funds until the verification process is successfully concluded.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to two hours during normal operating periods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• kajclik reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money balances that exceed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the kajclik platform. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, live casino games, slots, Plinko, and Treasure Hunt are published separately within each product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. kajclik does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under any circumstances, except where a technical error on kajclik's part has resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded.
• The minimum bet amount across all kajclik sports betting markets is ৳50. Individual market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• kajclik reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that a pricing error, data feed failure, or obvious system malfunction has resulted in materially incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended temporarily at any time during an event. kajclik is not liable for any inability to place in-play bets during suspension periods.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before its natural conclusion, bets will be settled in accordance with kajclik's event-specific settlement rules applicable to that sport and market type.

Casino Game Rules

• All casino games available on kajclik — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as RNG slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other providers — are governed by the individual rules of each game as presented within the game interface.
• kajclik uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. The integrity and randomness of game outcomes are independently verified.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game session, the round outcome will be determined according to the game provider's own disconnection policy. kajclik is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. kajclik reserves up to 72 hours to verify the legitimacy of any jackpot win before releasing funds to the winning player's account.

Bonuses & Promotions

kajclik offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification. kajclik reserves the right to withhold bonuses from accounts that have not completed KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer will specify a wagering requirement, which is the multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) that must be wagered before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain when the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.
• kajclik reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and to exclude individual players from specific offers where abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
• Players who register multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus funds forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific games or product categories specified in the offer. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kajclik platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, identity verification, or any communication with kajclik's support or compliance teams.
• Money laundering: Using the kajclik platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or in any manner that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using third-party payment details, or engaging in coordinated bet-hedging strategies designed to exploit kajclik's bonus and promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
• Match fixing and integrity violations: Placing bets on events where you have non-public information, or that are connected to any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event. kajclik cooperates fully with sports integrity organisations and law enforcement agencies investigating such matters.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the kajclik platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human player behaviour.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or operate your kajclik account on your behalf, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a kajclik deposit without first contacting kajclik's support team and allowing a reasonable time for resolution.
• Platform interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or interfere with the kajclik platform, its software, game engines, RNG systems, or any related infrastructure.

Account Suspension & Closure

kajclik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe following a request from kajclik's compliance team.
• Discovery that the account belongs to a player under the age of 18.
• Receiving a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a notification from a responsible gaming organisation regarding the account holder.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory instruction applicable to kajclik.

Voluntary Account Closure by Player

Players wishing to close their kajclik account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner, and any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the kajclik platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary exclusion (24 hours to six months) or a permanent exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any self-exclusion period, kajclik will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing their account. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kajclik's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the platform, these Terms & Conditions, or any bet or game played through kajclik shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kajclik expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, regulatory requirement, or any other factor.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by a player's payment provider, bank, or mobile wallet operator.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any force majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power outages, internet disruptions, or any other circumstance beyond kajclik's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit kajclik's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments

kajclik reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kajclik will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven days after the notice is issued, except where a change is required immediately for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of the kajclik platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are to be interpreted and construed in accordance with principles of fairness and player protection consistent with internationally recognised online gaming standards. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the kajclik platform, you agree to first contact kajclik's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. kajclik will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with kajclik's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kajclik in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
